I'm always amused by this stark contrast between the presence of anything modern that has been incorporated into centuries old scenery. Berlin is a perfect example of this. Gorgeous architecture that is older than my country, with a McDonalds' or Subway right beside it. Funny thing is that I have a similar picture on my post.

i like that! and it´s also environmental friendly, right?
and hey, i don´t see any winter jackets there;)
warm hugs though!

Hey Jane, I don't know if this has been suggested or not. But I have had quite a few emails from my friends who aren't participating in this, but are traveling around and enjoying the corner views who have requested everyone put where they're from in the post.

What if everyone put it at the top of each corner view post? So everyone can know where their corner is? Just a suggestion. Thanks!

Mmm. I love the old buildings in Spain....certainly don't see anything like that here. I was in Spain last year for 10 days....was not the best trip because it poured rain incessantly and both the Babe and I got very sick. But we did love the architecture, the old churches, the fabulous old apartments.
