Thanks Joyce for this great idea. Next week´s theme is "street fashion." And, um, Joyce try not to get arrested.... Lisa, do you mind choosing the next theme? Thanks!
Have fun checking out all these great views! Besos!

I love the colorful buildings that surround you. Gorgeous! Hmm street fashion is going to be interesting. I can't wait!
I love the view - as Caitlin said, the colours are gorgeous. I was lucky as I was away for a long weekend so get to post some fabulous back door views (as well as my own back window of course, which doesn't have such fantastic views.....now my front window....that's a completely different matter.....
Beautiful streets.
And at the same time I am imagining Ben Franklin on the top of...what tower is that, it was a long time ago and I too lived in Philadelphia!
Small world.
Thanks Jane.
That Teatro Principal is fantastic with all the ornaments! Is it still in use as a theatre?
And the balcony next to it with the big vases! Stunning.
Jane I love your view. It is just what I imagine it to be! The designs of the buildings and color are truly masterpieces. Thanks!
Oh dear when I saw next weeks topic "street fashion" I thought the same thing!!!
Hugs my friend. xoxo
Now there's a thing: TV aerials. I haven't seen them for ages: it's all satellite dishes here, and they really mess up the rooftop views.
Street fashion is going to be a tough one to photograph in Oman. All of the women are totally covered in black, and taking photgraphs of them could cause a riot! So, as Caitlin says, that could be interesting.
It's a very beautiful view !! Thanks (one more time !!!)...
Jane. I am so envious. The colors, architecture.....just so great. Such fun. Thanks for including me!
I love these! They don't look like a Spain city to me at all! I was in Vitoria a long time and I'm thinking I must visit again soon!
So gorgeously rustic. Oh for such a view!
Hi!
I decided to join in and share with you a picture of what my back door shows me.
Great pictures of Vitoria!
You have a great view!! I love those colorful buildings.
oh wow jane, i love your view ! so beautiful and different to my view !! that's one of my favorite things about corner view each week ... so many different views !!!!
jane!!
i love your city, is so perfect, it seems such a nice place to live!
and the colours are really great!
thanks for sharing!
Beautiful buildings! Your life in spain looks beautiful!
Groetjes, Nicki
Stunning pictures!
Street fashion confuses me. Does that mean taking pictures of what random strangers are wearing or the decorative aspects of certain streets? Sorry if I'm a little dense.
what a lovely city scape! such wonderful colors.
Is it possible for a view to be yummy?? Because that's what popped into my mind when I saw those pictures... I love how the houses are squeezed together next to each other!!
You have a really interesting and colourful view! Gorgeous pictures :)
I love it! so much to see!
it's beautiful~ i'm coming!
if only i could have a back door view like this! sigh!
as for street fashion... in kansas that should be a interesting challenge indeed...
Can't imagine two views more different than that! Do you ever miss your view from the 17th story window?
love the colors of spain, my dear jane
Wow, you have yet to have a view that I haven't wished was my own. Even the before view from Philly in my head looks great.
Jane - interesting how similar the two photos are...I'd like taking a walk through, and exploring both places :)
lovely Jane! your posts always make me want to take a vacation.
you live in a wonderful place dear jane! wish you a happy day. looking forward to street style. kiss*
This morning i'm looking through windows all over the world.
I'm moved by what i see.
Thank you for a look over those beautiful rooftops.
beautiful! i'd love to have a view like this. must go to europe!!!
have a great day, jane. can't believe next week will be the 10th cornerview! such a wonderful idea :)
City life, love it!
I don't know for the "before" but the "after" is great !!
Nice view Jane but please don't jump ! Have a great week. Bise
Very interesting architecture! And nice colors. Thank you Jane :)
Wow, from Philly to Spain... that's a big change no matter what floor you are on! But I imagine that the buildings in Spain are so much more interesting to look at. The interesting thing is that there is still a part of me that loves the city, but I guess as they say... you can take the girl out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the girl. Schöne Grüße.
Love the photos this week! I miss Spain so much I can hardly stand it and it's only been two months since we were there! What is it about Spain??? It is such a special place!
You live in the thick of it! You must have so much fun.
Interesting corner but beautiful. Love the colors.
Next week should be interesting.
I think your "after" view has to be a lot more cosier than the view from a 17th floor. But maybe I'm wrong! I have never been to such a high building before (I think the tallest building I have been in had 6 floors :) )
I love Vitoria's old part of town, its atmosphere and buildings. It's been long time since I las visited... I must find some time off to come back and wander...
you can so sense the south by just looking at your view without knowing where you took these photos - gorgeous. i can even hear the sounds and feel the buzz of the streets below... :)
I know that views....love center roofs.
Hey, Jane, I didn't do Corner View today (sorry!), I was getting incredibly frustrated trying to get a good photo of a not very nice back window view, so I'll be back on board next week!
i ike your idea!!! and i wanna join, so check my blog and see what a small garden in utrecht-city-holland looks like.
:)
lucky you!
I really like the colors of these buildings around you, it's a really nice view. Very gloomy day in England at this time...
i think you made a very good trade, jane... not to bash phillie but seriously... your views are always gorgeous.
I remember that view of Philly!!
it's lovely to see what others are seeing when they looked out there windows :0) You see beautiful colours!
I love to watch it, sitting on my chair and traveling around the world without moving.
Looks absolutely delightful!
Your view is SO incredibly different from mine, yet both are beautiful. I love the diversity that you are bringing by hosting this meme. It's an easy way to get a world-tour. Thanks!
I think your "after" pretty much tops a lot of views... beautiful coloured buildings, lots of green leaves, and oh so many red roofs. Or is it rooves? Can I ask how I could play along with your meme?
what an amazing view! gorgeous buildings.
Gorgeous and so different than my view.
A Pa. girl huh?
lisa :)
You still have tall buildings - but - wow - they are beautiful!!!!
salut Jane!
j'aime vraiment beaucoup l'architecture de ta ville !
Oh !!but there is nothing to eat !;)
gorgeous buildings!
and i woke this morning, before checking corner view, and thought...someone needs to choose fashion as the corner view! serendipitous!

Beautiful, as always!
The shapes and colors of the buildings are gorgeous!
Hmm.. I'm stuck already on street fashion.. will be fun and interesting to see what everyone comes up with though! :)
What a gorgeous view! I love seeing all the architectural details.
GREAT IDEA! Love the pics. I'll follow and see where else you travel :-)
perfect view, i love it! :)
Congrats on your 100th blog follower!!!
Oh, that pink building is great! Luxe would insist we live in it!
So, lets do 'music' as the theme! And yes, you can talk about Bruce! :) Can't wait for next week! Street fashion... I can only imagine!
Philly - wow. There are great views all over the world but your Spain views have me drooling at every turn. I'm happy to be part of CV. Happy Wednesday.
I love those corner view!!!! Is it still possible to play with U?
J'adore ta "vue de derrière" à Philadelphie, elle est colorée et superbe et j'aimerais que la mienne soit aussi cool!!!...
I love your backyard in Philadelphia, it's coloured and georgous and i wish mine could be so cool!!!...
hey jane
no lavenders in my garden, but many fields all around...
besos
lise
I agree with Caitlin! I love the colorful buildings! Pretty!
I will never get bored if I see them from my window... ox
I absolutely love these photographs.

Hi Jane!
I have to admit, I am stumped by "street fashion" for this week. Can you give me any hints?
