What´s your favorite beauty secret?
Almond oil is the greatest body moisturizer... Don´t tell Dove I told you...
Sleep and water are the obvious ones but actually I use something called Bio Oil which you get from chemists in Australia and costs about $3. Sorry Creme de la Mer. Actually its just about finding what suits you. And lots of smiling.
you know, I learnt that today in a baby massage class - and if you have no almond oil, olive oil is the next best thing. And way better than Johnson's Baby Oil 'cause it's just petrochemicals with lots of additives. Ugh! My beauty tip - we're trying baking soda for hair washing and it's working out really well.
I don't drink coffee and I think that is a great beauty secret because coffee really dehydrates you. However, I think wearing sunscreen all the time even in winter.

A body scrub with seasalt (in NL you can buy great seasaltscrub at De Tuinen, it's salt with oil) your skin will get so smooth!
