24 hours in munich

Besides hopping over to France for lunch, we also hopped over to Munich for the day... literally... one day... Here is a little of what I saw. (You know there are more...)

P.S. CV starts Wednesday the 16th. The theme is "September"

* Hey LSUliv I couldn´t find your link. Could you leave me one in the comments. Thanks!

Beautiful photos.. I had 24 hours in Munich once with a boy called Christophe. We spent time at the Lembachhaus analysing the significance of Die Blaue Reiter. And walking the streets. It's a lovely place. xox

Beautiful! I love action shots like that bicyclist, where the person moving is the only thing that looks still.

Hey Jane! Your pictures are always in a clear air. I miss that transparency, as if there is nothing but shapes and colours.

ps. I have an "honest scrap award" on my hands, would you care for it? I am thinking though that this whole idea might as well have started in your creative mind :) Anyway, I thought I would ask, because I would enjoy giving it to you.
Nice to meet you, too. It's a pleasure.

Munich is near and dear to my heart. My hubby and I honeymooned there over 13 years ago, seems like only yesterday!

I love these photos and the way you placed them. I especially like the blurred photo of the woman on the bike, seemingly rushing by the cathedral, towering over her. Nice!

Thanks. You just missed the start of Oktoberfest (September 19), when Munich gets taken over by Australians, and the locals lock themselves indoors or go on vacation.

I shall be there for the next Corner View.
