OK, this is really my 224th post. It took me 24 posts to realize I had written 200... So to thank you for all your kind words, I´m giving away these mini notebooks I made up with some of my favorite shots. Just tell me which one you like best. I´ll announce the winners next Monday.

One of my dearest friends is living in Spain at the moment in La Coruna and I miss her terribly - she doesn't blog so I read yours instead! I'm travelling there next year and can't wait to see for myself the world you write about. Thank you for your lovely blog.
PS: I love the candied apples (we call them toffee apples in Australia and there's something magical memorable about them for me - they take me back to childhood)

So many of your photos are beautiful it is har to chose one. My favourites are candied apples, diner, and philly street. If I have to choose one...mmm I think it must be Philly street because I have loved that photo since the first time I saw it.

Diner reminds me of one of my favourite paintings: Edward Hopper's Nighthawks. In fact you just have to say the word 'diner' and I'm transported there.
For somebody from England, believe it or not, 'diner' sounds quite exotic.

Oh Jane I think we may be kindred spirits- It's an ongoing commentary in my world that just because I find myself funny doesn't mean I am. I am reminded repeatedly that when I make a joke and laugh uproariously- "It doesn't count" Um, yeah it does...

I love the cupcakes...I love your blog...My boyfriend was born and raised in Spain and I was born and raised in the States, with Latin American parents. We met in California (where I live, where he's studying)at church. He and I will be going to Spain (Vigo, Galicia) next week so that I could meet his parents. dun-dun-duuuunn... :) I'm really excited! I can't remember how I got to your blog but I couldn't have been happier to find it! It gets me so excited about maybe one day living in Spain! Congrats on your 200th (plus) post! ;)
