el fin...

This is the last one. Hope you enjoyed the little glimpse of Mexico. We had a wonderful time filled with family, laughter, food... oh! the food... "cola piñadas", sun, crystal clear waters, fish (if you want my opinion, too many in those crystal clear waters...) ruins, and overwhelming kindness.
Why is it that the most humble countries, always seem to be the most content?...
I´m still on my break... next stop Africa. (I love saying that.)

P.S. The above picture is of my beautiful sister-in-law and her sweet husband.

P.P.S. In Mexico you are greeted with a big smile and a hand on the heart. A simple gesture that brightens your mood instantly. So I´m sending you all big hugs and kisses with my hand on my heart.

I've enjoyed your photos and your observation is true. I think it is just that - humility and the understanding that more may not always better.

Jane, I have totally enjoyed your little tour through Mexico.
You are making me want to head south and visit one of my favorite places... My husband and my relationship started on a college trip to Mexico and we have never looked back. Indeed a magical place.

Be well!

Happy travels. How wonderful that your journey continues. I've had the most joyous weekend. The first of my three sons got married and it was such fun - pictures are on my blog at: http://rnsane.blogspot.com/2010/05/here-comes-bride-mr-mrs-alexander.html#links - the ceremony was at a little winery in the Sacramento, CA area. Perfect choice and good wine which made mama happy!

Hey don't give Corononita to children! :)
I'm amazed because of your trip, your pictures are great as always and I like the way you reflect attitude and life in Mexico.
I think many times that having less material things means sometimes having more in another way. Simplicity in those places is full of joy and i like that.

My dad is going to Africa too this week! He's going to Zanzibar with an ONG, hope you enjoy your trip as I hope he does.
Big kisses and I wish you have such sweet moments with your family there.
