still dreaming about france...

It´s been a long rainy week that seems to be dragging on. Hope there is sunshine where you are. And if not, we always have France. ;)
P.S. Does anyone know how to post bigger pictures on Blogger? I can´t figure it out.... Can´t find the directions for the 5 and under crowd. :)
Besos!

It is sunny here, but very cold. If you want bigger pictures on blogger you need to go to the html section before you push post and change the size. Standard large for blogger is s400, but you can go to s500 or s600. Hope this is helpful. You might not be able to use s600 unless you have a 3 column blog because with a 2 column this size bleeds into the sidebar. Kelleyn

my previous comment has been lost :(
your third photo is superb!
to change the size of your images you first have to change the html code of your blog. I could help you through email if you wish: elsisabelleb@gmail.com

I would be dreaming of france too if it's exactly like your photos. I know that changing the template you use will allow you to post bigger photos. At least that was an easy way for me.

I'll be dreaming with you!

I posted To The Sea, my collection of the ocean skies. No special technique, just point and shoot, but I think you will enjoy it, my Jane:)

i change the photo size by going to edit html. In the strange script that is there, I delete everything starting from MARGIN, up to CURSOR and change the photo size from s400 to s640.

i've never seen such blues... i don't think they manufacture the skies quite so beautifully in the US. well, maybe in arizona. but that's like its own otherworldly place so i don't think that counts. oh, jane. you just keep on taking these pictures.

yes your beautiful photos deserve a larger size i can only agree !
you just have to "update your templateé at the bottom page of your blog administrator page and select "extra-large" when you post photos from then on.
it is very easy to do, but only your future photos will appear in a larger size, not the ones from the previous posts. unless you do it manually & one by one. which is... a lot of work !!!

hello, what beautiful blue sky.

not sure if miss ninja told you, but basically you need to be using blogger in draft, not "ordinary" blogger. :-)
it's down at the bottom of your dashboard. select it and then there will be a little checkbox at the top of your dashboard, where you say "make blogger in draft my default dashboard." do that. :-)

next, change your template to the minima stretch template (it will warn you you that you might lose widgets, but you won't). i'm not sure if this is still necessary, though, it's a while since i did this.

next, add your picture as usual, and when it is uploaded and added to the post, click it and coose from the options that appear (you can choose large and x-large, or actual size. i use x-large). if i forgot something, let me know :)

merry christmas :)

love this view of France (ie, a non-Paris view of France)!

Picture size is easiest and most consistent when using Flickr (or other photo hosting site). You just click the big size and embed the code as your type your regular post text into blogger (so it's a cut/paste thing, total cinch). I tried messing with my Blogger code at first, and never really got it.

it's a dream but a lovely one. I don't remember the last time I saw blue sky but I should be grateful I am not in crazy European cold! Hope you are well!
