Hard life, Jane, hard life :-). You should charge extra for working in harsh conditions. I bet the smell of these freshly baked croissants is impossible to take for a long time and looking at them causes fainting spells. Additionally, if the bakers are anything like the bull fighters you photograph, it's really impossible to concentrate. How much a girl can take?! :-)

Food... The greatest passion on earth for me. How I enjoy it. And let me tell you that you chose the right place to stay for amazing food, I swear I'll always remember every single thing I ate in my trip to Euskadi. GORGEOUS.
