OK, Jane my contibution has been posted. I've put links to eveybody who has contributed to Corner View so far. If anyone else adds theirs later, please let me know and I'll put links to them too. I think it's important that we all post a full set of links so that our readers can navigate their way round easily.

Okay, I just posted mine. My day has been quite hectic. But I'll have you know I snuck out late in the rain last night to take mine. Do you see the effort?! :) This is fun! I love this kind of stuff because it nudges me to be creative. Thanks for the great idea!
jane, thank you so much for starting this. it has been so much fun traveling around the world today! sadly, my view is a little bit 'last minute', but i'll have a more solid contribution this week.

i think i'm going to be a schizophrenic corner girl - since i live between two totally different places: Savannah with its old brick houses, spanish moss, stone paths, chic little shops, and of course famous squares, and Tybee Island (fun, funky, quirky, unpretentious little barrier island.) My passport is ready. Can't wait to meet everyone! This is fun!

Jane, I think you'll find your Technorati and Google Page rankings will have gone up after this. They're both based on the number of links to your site in posts on other ranked sites i.e the number of mentions you get.
If you get metioned on a site with a very high rank, your own Google Page rank skyrockets. Mine is set to soar as I am writing an article on one of the top sites on the web next month and they will link back to me. This means that after that any blog that gets mentioned on my site will rise up the rankings too.

oh I love this !!! This is the first chance I've had to come visit since we haven't had internet on at the new house until just now ! I can't wait to go around and visit everyone's corners !! I love the view from your front door. Reminds me so much of the view from our front door when we lived in Puerto de Santa Maria. We lived next door to a Bingo Parlor and we had a little cafe across the street !! Love that about Spain. Reading your blog makes me think, even more than usual, that it may be time to get serious about bringing the family to see Espana in the next few years !!
Breakfast eh ... gotta get thinking ... today is Wednesday and I've already had breakfast !! :)
