corner view "saturday"

On Saturday we left dreary cold Vitoria and headed for better weather. A half an hour later we were basking in blue skies in La Rioja (wine country). It´s amazing the difference 50 km can make... (It´s also amazing the things I have done thanks to cv. If I hadn´t had this theme dancing around in my head I would have probably spent the day on the sofa... And I thank you for that!)

Next week´s theme comes from Soisses and is "me". We did this theme exactly one year ago... It´ll will be fun to see how much we changed.

Happy Corner Viewing!

¡Dos besos muy gordos!

you know, you really should do a photo book about the region you live in and the places you travel to around spain.

Wonderful wine country sensation, I'd like to beam me there at once!

(Of course in the beginning I had the UB40-version in my ear, but I like this soul interpretation much more!!)

love the feel I get from your photos. Especially the one of the two people walking.

I agree that CV gets me out there, too, when I have a theme running around in my head. So fun. Thanks for hosting us!

Gorgeous Jane...we are an ocean apart, but our landscapes are so similar...although Spain seems much more exotic than California!

Thanks for your visit to the wine country of Spain. I live near California wine country and I never tire of it. Drinking it in, so to speak! ;)

my goodness your scenery is beautiful. It makes life here in the burbs seems so bland. Ugh! Hopefully I will be back at "CV" next week.

Hum, let me guess Jane..... You spent the day in Haro. Did you perchance eat lamb at "El Terete"? Maybe enjoyed a visit to the new Torre Muga?
I have a visit pending myself.
Beautiful pictures, as always. The Rioja tourist bureau should pay you girl !!

Hi Jane, I love your corner view, the sky and the light are so clear. The pinks and reds and whites in the series above (bullfight, though feels very peaceful!) are gorgeous too. Sorry I didn't post last week corner view, ... have a great trip:))

OK, sooooooo how was the partying last night? Give us a full report! We were watching of course on TV here from germany. I stepped ouside in our garden for a few moments during the game and it was like neighborhood-TV-stereo.
I think in the end the germans seemed pleased with 3rd place.

What great photos, you are talented. So when will your book be out? YOu must put your photos and stories of life in Spain and travelling together somehow.. I for one would love to buy it. I could look at your pictures daily, they are really wonderful.

Jenna said...

I don't know if you are still accepting ideas for corner views, but I think it would be very interesting to do "doorbells". :)

Hope you are having a great week!
