looking for carlos marcote

The other day Berta and I set out to "meet" Carlos Marcote, an artist from Vitoria. Rumor has it that he lives (1)south of Vitoria (2)in a renovated church (3)in a small town (4)where a road ends... OK, not much to go on, but a great excuse to take pictures. We did eventually find his church (we are good), but he didn´t "seem" to be home. We also found some lovely other small towns, talkative locals, plum trees ripe for the picking, and that Coco can escape through a 5 inch window opening when left in the car for three seconds because someone sees a pretty door to shoot... :)
Happy weekend!

When do you move to Madrid, Jane? I guess it's going to seem very different to the Basque country. Very good for your bullfighting project though.

These are so pretty. Hope that Coco didn't give you too much grief about getting back into the car. Girls just want to have fun...

Hey stranger! Sorry I've been MIA for so long. Who would have thought that life could be so crazy between here and there? So glad to see you are doing well! Hugs from Copenhagen!

Yay, you're back with new adventures! The photos are great and as usually make me want to steal my parents airline miles and jump on a plane. (they are the only one's I know with enough miles left to go anywhere!)

I am with Kathy ... he didn't "seem" to be there? Maybe he was watching you guys from some hidden place! I like that image. - in a humorous way, not a creepy way. Just thought i'd clarify!

Hopefully it didn't take too long to find Coco! We turn our back, and like children they've found a good place to hide. Great pictures from a fun adventure!
